• All services are delivered digitally—no physical materials.

3. Payment & Pricing

• Prices include travel planning and research services only.

• Payments are non-refundable once the guide has been delivered and access provided.

• We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time; confirmed bookings are priced at the time of purchase.

4. Responsibilities & Limitations

• The guide is for personal use only—not for resale or redistribution.

• While we use reputable sources and local knowledge, we cannot guarantee availability of hotels, restaurants, tours, or attractions.

• We are not liable for any changes or cancellations made by third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, activities, venues).

• All content (text, images, layout) remains our intellectual property.

• You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, or share the guide without explicit permission.

6. Optional Booking Assistance

• If requested, we can assist with booking services (like hotels or activities).

• In case of booking amendments or cancellations, applicable third-party fees may apply; we handle changes as per supplier policy.

7. Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics).

• Where applicable, we will offer amended guides or defer services at no additional cost.
